How do you get the Sun Tzu Reborn achievement?

It says that you gotta have a level 10 field marshal as China, but are there any tips how to do this? Previously I was only able to get a level 8 field marshal as Germany after years of war with the Allies and the Soviets, but how do I get this as China when a war with the Soviets or Germans are gonna have to involve pushing through Siberia? I doubt that Japanese alone can give me so much experience unless I continue the war with them till like 1960s or something but is there any efficient way to get this achievement?

It's literally impossible to get.
Even if your FM is lvl 9 and has some skills at lvl 10, the achievement doesn't trigger
