Hi i was wondering how do i delete my saved games for there is no delete button when i load my saved games.

They are stored in your HoI3 folder/ "saved games". You pick the ones you don't want, delete. Simple as that. Good luck.
In TFH the saved games are stored in your Documents>Paradox Interactive>HoI III>save games. In previous versions it is in the hard drive you have it on and the Paradox folder.
The saved games folder is empty but i have saved games...so where are my saved games?
If you´re playing with a mod, check the mod directory for folder savegames or something like that 
When you are looking in this folder in windows explorer, up top there is an option to click on, Compatability Files. Click on that an you will see your files.

There's more than one "saved games" folder. Carefully read the posts up above. If nothing else you could search the harddrive for *.hoi3 files. HOI3 really should have a way to delete old save game files from within the program. It would be professional for PI to provide that.
Hello! I have recently bought the game and am also having trouble finding my saved games and deleting them. I bought the CD and downloaded it that way. It's hoi3 their finest hour. Could anyone help me please???
I use Windows7. I found my saved games folder by saving one with an unusual name and doing a file search for that name. Then I dragged a shortcut to the folder to my desktop.
Previous Paradox games put the saved games in the directory with the game files within the /Programs folder, but recent Windows versions don't handle changes to files in the Programs folder very well (trying to protect us from ourselves, to the point where the solution becomes worse than the problem), so HOI3 puts the saved games in the /My Documents folder instead. There should be a Paradox or HOI3 folder within that, and within that HOI3 folder you'll find a /tfh folder. That folder should contain a Saved Games folder with your saved game files. This used to be simple.
