Hi there, I'm currently playing as Austria and Castile have annexed Portugal, because they had a personal union. I'm supporting the Portuguese national rebels with 100%, but I don't get a CB against Castile in relation to that. All I got is Imperial and a trade embargo CB. What do I need to do?

Also I got every single dlc so it can't be a problem related to that. Thanks!

Once the rebels pop up in their territory, you should get the CB.. but they need to be the rebels YOU supported, can't be any other type of rebels.
Also just incase you have notifications turned off, check in the declare war screen to see if it pops up.

Oh, ok they actually need to pop up by themselves first and only then I get the CB, gotcha. Thanks.

I thought I got the CB the moment I supported them.
I also believe you can support a rebel group that have already broken out and get the CB that way ( not 100% sure )

Are we still able to support rebels after they've revolted and, if so, do we get the CB for supporting them?

As long as they are rebels you are supporting yes, the CB will be there untill the rebels are destroyed. If you wait to long and all the rebel stacks have been taken out then your out of luck.

I'm not 100% sure what happens if they were able to siege a province before getting taken out. But your best off declaring war as soon as the rebels pop up, they will be friendly to your troops and you can work together to take down large stacks of enemy troops.

If by chance you mean rebels that revolted before you even supported them. Im not sure, i haven't tried that yet.
