The title is pretty self-explanatory. I accidentally somehow made it a constipated-shit-brown colour which I hate but no amount of clicking on borders (which I believe caused it) seems to help.

I have no idea how you managed to do that. Have you editted/modded any files (particularly ones that set colours)? Have you tried rebooting in case it's a graphics card/handler error?

Failing that, you will probably have to uninstall and reinstall.

Yep, as Czack says, it goes back to normal if you turn your game off. I've got a few small alterations, but certainly nothing to do with the colours. The rest of the PCs fine. I'd forgotten about this until it happened, but it seemed the likely explanation - wasn't the tone of the borders supposed to be optional? I remember it being said by senior figures, for certain (i.e. not non-beta speculation), due to all the criticism the original, wide, bright red borders took. It occurred when I was trying to find a way past a besieging army in perfettwlad to click on the province (I've just thought, I could've turned the army sprites off, couldn't I? ) for some reason. All of a sudden, dark brown.

Just to add, the border lines which covered rivers remained thin and red.
