So I'm playing as Great Britain, and I've crushed the US in the Revolutionary War -- the date is 1774. I control all of their provinces, but there's no option to annex them. How do I do it?

Are you sure you control all their provinces? The americans have a nasty habit of laying down colonies.

You can only annex a non-Pagan nation by either
1) force-annexing their last province (they can not own more than 1)
2) diplo-annexing them by fulfilling the demands, being

Thanks guys. I guess I'll just have to cheat to make them accept and then annex the final province in a later war.
By the way, is there any cheat that will make the AI to accept stuff? Like "neville" and "acceptall".

No, there is no such cheat. To make the AI accept a substantial peace deal if you control 100% of their territory can be a bit tricky. You will want to hunt down all of their armies and navies. And I mean all. Even 1 transport at the end of the world will keep the AI stubborn. With 0 army and 0 navy and 100% occupied, they should accept any peace deal.
