How do you all get better at intersections?

So, I realized that I created a major traffic jam (travels from my industrial complex over the bridge into the main highway / city entrance)... I can't really think of how to solve this personally. You guys have tips on how to improve how I build these?

The only way I can think to really solve this is I move my main intersection so they have more avenues to divide into before they hit the industrial park, but before I completely destroy the main highway connection, any thoughts?

Think MORE, not better. Give the traffic several outlets, not just one. Traffic wants to go to different parts of the industry zone, don't channel all of it through the same bottleneck.

Yes indeed, it's not your intersection that is the problem so much as city planning.

Plan where goods need to go to, and come from, and build accordingly.

Prioritise goods by rail, not road, by building freight stations at locations where goods go to (commercial) and come from (industrial).

Where use of road traffic is unavoidable, use roundabouts rather than crossing roads. A roundabout or two at the entrance to your industrial zone there in your pic will work wonders in freeing up all the traffic coming off the highway at the intersection.

Lose the 6 lanes as they create lights at every intersection. 1 ways connecting in alternate directions to roundabouts can be helpful too and as already said, give your traffic more options to travel too instead of funneling everything through the same connection. Planning is key. Leave plenty of room for your main intersections, make them larger than you think you might need and you can fill in the gaps with smaller roads later on. Make sure to leave your main routes in and out of an industrial zone free of intersections and zoning.
