find out the id of the province using the F12 - showid thing...

then open the save game.eug using Notepad and locate your country tag and information....a little down you will find several lines, like this:

ownedprovinces = { 482 483 484 485 486 487 488 489 490 491 493 497 498 499 500 501 502 503 1450 1442 1443 1444 1445 1446 1497 1447 1456 1457 1451 1458 1459 1463 1464 1460 1496 1469 1467 1468 1466 1465 1478 1479 1480 1498 1490 1592 1584 1585 1586 1491 1499 1495 1417 1418 1448 1434 }
controlledprovinces = { 482 483 484 485 486 487 488 489 490 491 493 497 498 499 500 501 502 503 1450 1442 1443 1444 1445 1446 1497 1447 1456 1457 1451 1458 1459 1463 1464 1460 1496 1469 1467 1468 1466 1465 1478 1479 1480 1498 1070 1066 1069 1067 1057 1054 1042 1035 1068 1147 }
nationalprovinces = { 482 483 484 485 486 487 488 489 490 491 493 497 498 499 500 501 502 503 1450 1442 1443 1444 1445 1446 1497 1447 1456 1457 1451 1458 1459 1463 1464 469 989 }

Just put in the id number of the targeted province either in the owned or controlled province line (in both if you plan on having it annexed)...and optionally in the national provinces list (if you plan on having it as a shield province)...

Just don't forget to do the same thing about the country which will lose that certain province, meaning eliminating it from the lists

Good luck!
