How do I throw George II of Greece in jail so I can open up the Byzantine branch of the tree???

I am at a loss.... I have completed the entire economic Branch now!

There are no advisor's that change Political Opinion of Facism, Democracy or Communism to make the non aligned go down.
banning Democracy and banning communism options in events doesnt make non aligned go down!

How the heck do I get rid of George II so I can open up that tree that has been locked since the moment I started the game???

I give up at this point I just can't figure it out....

There's a decision at the beginning of the game. You get 45 days iirc to do it.

Really??? I missed a short windowed event decision in the begining of the game and now I have to restart the game completely??? Grrr...
Just got the new expansion and so far I found Turkey to be a mess and Greece's tree felt better except for this needing to restart bit....

Yeah it's a little weird, but I caught sight of it on my first byzantine play through so I was set. It seems that the placement wasn't to everyone's liking, but i only discovered it because it had a ticking timer event above it that caught my eye.
