How do i remove the crown authority year limit?

File: common/laws/emf_crown_laws.txt
Location in file: de_jure_laws/crown_authority_1 (and 2, 3, and 4)
Action: Look for sections that look like this...

custom_tooltip = { # START DELETING HERE
  text = emf_laws_ctt_ca_change_cooldown
  hidden_tooltip = {
    # blah blah blah
  }
} # STOP DELETING HERE

...and delete them.

If you're using the latest version of HIP (HIP 2018-06-21 Hydra6 for CK2 2.8.3.1), just copy the attached file into the mod's common/laws folder and accept overwrite.
