How Do I Prevent Stellaris's Launcher Logging into my Paradox Account [Steam]

Since this is technically not a tech support question I'm just posting it here.

How do I prevent the Steam Stellaris launcher from logging me into my Paradox Account every friggin' time I load the game? If I want to log into my PDX account I'll do it myself. This is very annoying to me.

I think the only way is to disconnect your paradox account from Steam

That sucks if that's true. I logout immediately each time, but I'd prefer not to have to at all. There must be a launch option you can set in the game's properties though.

Oddly I find that it always logs in for Stellaris but does not do so for HOI. That is of course because I never made the mistake of hitting login on the HOI launcher.

What I have been stuck doing is remembering to hit logout on the Stellaris launcher each time I play, since the game literally runs twice as fast if you do that, even in year 2201.
