I have unified my entire country as Bystantium but I don't think that it is very effiecent but since all of my vassals revolted I can't give titles to them.

You can only give titles to people in your court (count only at first), or add titles to vassals (more count or Duke titles). If all of your vassals have revolted, then I'd recommend giving out enough count titles (1 per courtier is best to start with) to get your demense down to a more manageable level (if your efficiency is really bad). Then use the troops of those new vassals (no upkeep cost now) plus your own troops, and start reconquering your vassals. Start off with the most important/closest to you, re-vassalize them (if playing DV), then keep moving outwards.

Alot also depends on why they all revolted in the first place. Realm Duress? Bad reputation from expanding too fast, too quick? Ruler's traits (kinslayers, demented, etc).

I've never played Byzantium, tho from what I've read, it's a really difficult area to rule.

Thanks but I guess I wasn't clear, I'm playing classic CK and all my ex-vassals are under my direct control now so how do I give titles to court members?

Are you wanting to give the titles of your (formerly rebellious) vassals to your courtiers, or new titles?

If new titles, click on your own county emblem, where you can create titles/arrange marriages for your own courtiers. Click on give titles, a list comes up with all the members of your own courtiers, then click on available county titles.

If you wish to give your own courtier someone else's title, you need to click on their county emblam, revoke title. If they agree then you can give that title to someone else. But the rest of your vassals will take a huge (-50) hit. If your personal demense consists of only 1 county, you can't give out any new county titles.

Thanks, its because I read somewere that there was a limit to how many provinces you could control and I figured my reputation was pretty poor because I had annexed all my vassals.

# of provinces you can control and reputation are two different things.

How many provinces you can control directly (in your own personal demesne) goes into your Realm's efficiency, or in how profitable your Realm is.

Reputation relates to your Badboy (BB) points you have. If you've been going around an capturing your rebellious vassals, then taking their counties away from them, you'll get BB hits, which will effect how the rest of your vassals treat you. Giviing out counts/bishophorics titles, will directly/indirectly reduce your BB. Your Piety level also will effect how fast your BB decreases each month.

There's no limit to how many vassals you can have, just the types of vassals you are allowed. Counts can't control other counts, Dukes can't control other Dukes but can have Count vassals, Kings can't control other Kings, but can have Duke and Count vassals.

The main limit to how many vassals, is how far-flung they are. If they are separated from you by a large distance/other countries, they're more likely to want to leave.
