How do I give back provinces to Poland?

Hello,

I'm in the middle of a Doomsday game, playing as France.

I just conquered Germany, Austria, Czechoslovakia and the polish provinces that Germany had taken.

I've liberated the nations, but how do I give back the original Polish provinces to Poland? Before the war, I gave them Libreville so they couldn't be annexed and thus they survived the war.

Now their european provinces are "occupied" by me. Can I give them back to Poland and restore Europe as before the war?

Eeeh... Nevermind.

I just traded back Libreville, and then they somehow magically got all their provinces back.
