Hunting focus I believe. Martial might as well (?). Many of the events are chance based though, if you even get them.

Edit: Just looked at both of them, there are events in both Hunting and War focus to remove weak

Just a heads up - previously strong and weak were in a weird state between congenital, innate strength and trained strength. This was weird, so in the latest patch the devs introduced two new traits, frail and brawny, as the non-congenital alternatives. They probably changed any events accordingly. If any event alters the congenital version of these traits, it's most likely a bug.

It's unlikely it's a bug in this case as both 'weak' traits seems to be referred to in those particular focus events that removes weak. It would kind of be a contradiction to be both regarded as physical weak and strong by your vassals at the same time.

Well that's odd, I must say.
Perhaps, but it would be impossible to improve your character's health otherwise, as the traits are opposites which means you can't be robust while at same time be weak.

I do think it makes some sense though that you can potentially overcome this particular congenital trait. You can for instance have individuals who naturally are significantly weaker/frail than the average population, that could potentially improve their physical strength to some degree through much effort. Of course some people might not be able to improve their physical condition due to other genetic conditions or diseases.

Edit: Though, it does rather poorly represent genetic inheritance if it's possible to simply remove it through event, as your future children should perhaps still have a chance to be afflicted by it.

Yeah, I think the entire point of the addition of "Frail" and "Robust" was to resolve the weirdness with "Strong" and "Weak" representing both congenital and acquired traits. It shouldn't happen that a father gets enfeebled by lack of exercise or a non-inherited disease and passes it on to their sons and daughters. I think they should make "Weak" and "Robust" not opposites, and same with "Strong" and "Frail".

Pick the Marital focus and hope that your character goes for a run or stars working out. After it happens twice you will lose the weak trait. If you don't have the weak trait, you'll gain the strong trait.

I always imagined Strong and Weak to mean "Very Healthy" and "Not So Healthy", respectvely. Frail and Brawny would mean true strenght. This way you can have someone Strong (immune to simple disease) but Frail (being very skinny), or someone Weak (prone to get sick) but very robust (having lots of physical power).

War focus also has the chance to add strong or remove weak on each event success, and a larger chance than hunting focus. With hunting the chance only happens once per character during the "great white <insert animal>" line IIRC.

Though with the health penalty for weak, you might be better to go with hunting for the health bonus - weak characters often die as early as their 20's of "poor physique".
