Okay, playing as China. Now, China, as you may know, is what is known as "micromanagement hell", mainly because even if all you have are dirt-poor capitalists, you still have a large amount of dirt-poor capitalists, and SOME of them are going to manage to build factories... Roughly ten in every state in fact.
Now, the problem is this: Subsidies are paid out automatically (since for some reason EVERY chinese party is State Capitalist) is there ANY way to disable them toher than clicking through the hideously long list of factories and manually disabling subsidies/closing down factories?
A "select all" button of some kind?
Because right now these subsidies are eating a huge hole in my budget, and I can't get rid of them as fast as the chinese capis keeps building more of them...
