Purchased Naval Warfare: Artic Circle on or around 26th September, reported to Steam on 27th September who told me to get hold of Paradox. Did that and was informed to check the forums.

This game clearly isn`t fit for purpose due to the freezing problem. I would like my money back please.

Transactions are between you and your retailer, Since you did not give your money directly to Paradox, we cannot give it back to you.
I do not know what the policy of your retailer is regarding returns/refunds, you would need to check with them.
If you are looking for support with a technical issue then you can certainly check out the tech support forum for NW:AC

Hopefully they can get you sorted out and able to enjoy the your game.
