How do I get my account to say I bought HOI IV?

So I bought HOI IV on steam, I got the Colonel edition and I am just curious how to get the pictures for the forums avatar.

Synchronize your owned items with steam, under your forum profile settings.

I bought through the paradox store and it just took a little while (1-3 hours) to sync up on it's own. If syncing doesn't help, just wait a little while.

You have to link your Steam account with your Paradox account !

At the top right corner of your paradoxplaza page : Edit account > Settings.

Under profile there's a "synchronize" or "Sync" button or similar. It will update your owned items/icons.

The avatars may still be not working for a while and you might need to purge cookies for this website.

Go to the owned items section of your forum account and tell it to sync owned items. Also the forum avatars are only included in the Field Marshal Edition of the game.
