How do I get Kimon Georgiov as my ruler as Bulgaria?

If you let the Zveno rebel, they are lead by this guy who has pretty nice traits. Is there any way to get him as my own leader (without console)?

You can get him as prime minister

If you go down the Communist path, once you switch to communism you get a decision for 50 PP to appoint him as your PM. However, the initial communist PM is pretty good himself.

You can get him as an advisor if you apoint Zveno members. Then, you can either appoint him a PM with a decision (and free up an advisor slot), or keep him as an advisor (and keep your current PM bonuses).

Zveno plot and civil war also leads to him as leader I think, but I advise against that path.
