How do I fix this?

I don't know how this happened. I was editing a nation's navy, I go to test, and I see this:

Along with the obvious black bars running through my units, the capital "bullseye" symbols, air base symbols and AA symbols look...I don't know, flat.

What do I do? Please help.

Did you alt+tab out of the game when it was loading? If that is done, the results are what you see. Just let the game load normally without tabbing out from the game window.

I'm happy to say that I fixed thte problem. Some program called ffdshow was screwing it up. I uninstalled it, and it is back to normal.
