How do I end a war in Eu4

I have had positive warscore for over ten years now and the Livonian order refuses to give in. Even after occupying all of their land and blockading 100%. I have now cheated to set my warscore to 100 and they still won't surrender. I am constantly sending them surrender demands but nothing even happens, no message saying they refuse or anything. I would really like to stop fighting them and I have a penalty for being at war with 100% warscore so how do I get the war to end? I don't care about reparations or anything I just want the war to be over

Actually I just got them to concede finally! Turns out all I needed to do was reload... sorry about that! I should've thought of that on my own.
