How do I disable Snowfall DLC from my saved game?

I am trying to work on a modded game with no need for water and it thinks I'm on a snow map.

I rebooted the game and went to the DLC section of the side bar to disable the Snowfall DLC, but the option is now gone.

Was it moved to a different location?

Is there a config file I can edit?

To disable a DLC, right-click on the game in your library, select Properties and then in the DLC tab disable/enable the DLCs you want.

Thanks, but I already realized it after I posted it. But yeah, you have to do it through Steam.
