How do I destroy a title?

I've been the King of Saxony for some time as Charlemagne, but my ultimate goal is to get rid of it so I don't have one more heir sitting in one part of my empire with an independent kingdom. Thing is, it says to be able to destroy it, it can't have Gavelkind succession, so I changed it to elective but it's still saying I can't destroy it.

All the boxes are ticked except the Gavelkind one. Bug?

(If it is a bug, does anyone know a console cheat that will destroy the title?)

Are any of your other titles gavlekind? If west francia or another is stil Gavlekind you can't destroy another kingdom level title.
