How do I chose a country from the New World in RNW ?

I want to give this achievement a try but I can't even select a country from the New World, even if I do it before hitting the "create a random new world" button. Is it bugged or am I missing a simple step ?

You need to set Terra Incognita visible in options.

Or just hit the random country button a bunch until it selects one for you, if you want to REALLY keep it a surprise!

I tried ahah, it doesn't work. I tried so much I was proposed Ming 3 times
