Hey all. Its been awhile since i've to played this game but i remember I was able edit the owners of territories, but i lost that information on my old com. My specific problem is that I (as GER) have all the neccessary territory to make Egypt except for one that is owned by ITA but originally ENG, so they wont be able to trade in game. Anybody know have any "How To" guide?

Also I want to add myself as a Minister and Military leader in the game, but I havent quite figured out how to add a completely new character. I read the Stony Road guide on how to add Pictures, which i've done, I just dont know how to change or add a new character. Any Advice?

P.S. Is there a way to change an existing Navy Minister to have "Power Projection". I think thats the one that Japan has for Yamamoto, in that it specializes Carriers?

First, you need to know the Province ID (F12 "showid"). Then you'll have to edit your Save File, don't forget to backup! Search for the Province ID number, typing one blank character before an behind the number, that way you won't have to check too many numbers. When you`ve found the number in a line that begins like
controlledprovinces = { xx , xy , ...
just delete it and "transfer" the number to your own Country's "controlledprovinces" listing. And that's it.

Can't help you with the Leader thing. Sorry

go into the minister file of the country containing the leader you wish to alter and change his doctrine...

5173;Chief of Navy;Nagano Osami;41;PA;Power Projection Doctrine;Medium;M5173;x

this is the doctrine to give him.
