How do I access to the army builder feature?

I'm having a hard time finding the army builder feature. How do I access it?

Have you purchased AoW? If I'm correct, it won't show up with the patch, it only shows up if you actually purchase the expansion.

I do own AoW. I just don't know where to find the army builder feature,

The army builder is at the bottom of the build units screen.

I'm not sure what the 'proper' way is, but if you open the building menu from the drop-down notification tab at the top left corner of your screen, you should see a number of small tabs on the right side of the menu window. The army and navy builders can be accessed from there.
