How do I access "A House Divided" (Gold Edition)

Hello, I bought the Gold Edition of Vic II, installed it, and have played the standard game, one thing I'm not sure of is how do I access "A House Divided"? I haven't seen any option, the only campaign I'm able to access is the standard "The Great Game" (the one which starts in 1836).

Does Gold Edition come with the "A house divided" Expansion? If not you need it
