I don't have access to my game right now but I was considering the engineering and medical point mechanic....

Has anyone come out with a basic chart for it and broken it down? I am just guessing here but I would like to see if I can find or do the math if no one else has done it. In part to know the game better but also because I wonder if It could be translated into a tabletop campaign to make logistics and down time more interesting.

Leopard has:
Starting Medical points 1 per day?
Starting Engineering points 3 day?

Argo has:
Starting Medical points 6 per day but can be upgraded to 23
Starting Engineering points 6 day but can be upgraded to 12

Medical points Heals 1 mech warrior injury for 30 points?
Engineering points repair and arm at 1 point per ton. Disarm or adjust armor at tonnage/2 per point?

This could be completely wrong. I am primarily reaching out for sources right now but I will update with corrected information as I get it. I will also try and create a basic rule for doing this in table top if I can and it does not already exist.

Thank you for any help.

Edit 1: First Attempt at a Table/Calculator Let me know if you test it and find any issues. As a note if you download and have office it has buttons for resetting the charts to defaults. Thanks again.

Not sure if it helps you though

"MechLab" :{
"StructureRepairTechPoints" : 0.3,

Using those numbers you should be able to calculate how long repairs/mods take and how many Cbills it will cost. Divide by techpoints available presumably.

Not sure how the mech tech points work though, probably similar in execution but not sure where to find a pilot health points value.

Starting Engineering points 6 day but can be upgraded to 40??

As far as I can tell, the fully upgraded Argo has 23 MechTech Points and 12 Medical Points per day, as shown in the screenshot here below:

Well this is exactly what I needed to know but I had no idea it was this broken down. I think this calls for a chart but it will take me a bit. Thanks!

I am working on a excel spread sheet/calculator, but I am not really sure what "AP install" and "Zero Structure" are for. Anyone have some idea? Otherwise the chart is done minus some testing. It does for mechs and the total time/cost for that lance. Each line item is individual so you can break it down if you need to. For now I just put AP install and Zero structure on the bottom of the chart so then can manually be manipulated. I also have not locked the form down so be careful where you click when I get it shared out.

Also, I don't have anything on medical bay points and healing mech warriors. I will need some information to get that started but the basic chart should be small and easy to make at least compared to the one I just made.

I added it to the main post. I will also likely look at adding medical and should add a space for names of mechs and pilots as well as lock it down some. I just figured I would link it out in case anyone was interested and had an idea for improvement or I happened to feel like messing with it to see if I did something wrong.

"AP install" might mean Armor Point's installation (i.e. TechPoints per Armor Point installed), while "Zero Structure" might state the TechPoints cost for actually re-install a destroied structure (i.e. arm, leg, head, piece of torso)...

OK, so I should pull small lasers and MG off the on to a separate "AP" slot. Zero structure I need to think about. I guess I could break it down into 8 parts... maybe 7 since if your cored the mech is scrap, then add a few rows under the chassis / armor section ... based on tonnage?

So I have started working on this but I need to figure out how many points an injury is worth. I know its not 1 because with a default of 6 medics takes something like 10-15 days. That is around 60-90 points each. … I will need to do some testing to figure it out.
