Just paste the data into seperate cells, then save it as ".csv" file. CSV= Semicolon Separated format.

Not to be picky but CSV =
Comma
Separated
Values
which is why Excel doesn't automatically convert a Paradox CSV to columns but first requires you to tell it what the separator is.
