Playing as Seleukids. Got almost all of Syria as 4th war concessions. Later, the area of Palmyra became disloyal. Later I looked and it had been taken by the Antigonids, who had previously a few remaining provinces pocketed in the region. But they never declared war, Palmyra never became independent (no war notification), I don't think the governor was enticed as it was only 3 provinces over 2 areas. So how did they take it?
