As a lover of both elder scrolls lore and ck2; this mod has the potential to provide pure ecstasy.
I would prefer to have the best experience when i start playing however. While i understand new features will always be added and the mod may be in a perpetual "beta" due to the nature of ck2 updates. I was wondering how many of the planned features are actually implemented...would you say it is 80% "complete" with only a handful of missing features? would you say it's stable?

What features should be implemented/issued fixed for this mod to be in a state its creators would consider satisfactory?

As a long time player of this mod I'd say that the mod is complete and gives a very satisfactory experience. Of course the devs will add new stuff as they come up with new ideas and fix bugs as they go but, with the exception of a few things like small bugs, the latest release(which you'd need to revert your ck2 to a previous patch to play) is more than enjoyable and a new version is on the way. Well I'd even say that this mod is more "complete" than agot mod, if you are familiar with it.

It's indeed one of the most complete total conversion mod, and one of the less buggy.
Although it's probably not possible to know how much it will change, because it's a mod... Everything depends on the devs, and they do absolutely what they want with it.

I agree with that and I am impatient for next update.
I would just add that this mod is complete enough for playing quite a lot of time.

Feature wise the mod is complete. But with every new version new features are thought out and we try to implement them. The only point of the mod where I can say it is not yet complete is Bookmarks. There are 14-ish bookmarks that still need writing, and we are seriously undermanned for that.

Tamriel is more or less finished with exception of a few scattered provinces. Akavir is a bit more problematic but we are making progress there as well. It also helps that a smaller Akavir means that there will be fewer COA to do there.

After playing through it, I'd say that it's more than 90 percent complete, but most importantly, bug issues (if there are any) are almost entirely solved. I haven't had any problems in the 10+ hours that I've spent thus far in my most recent playthrough, and the current version runs much more smoothly than the old versions did.

Actually Skyrim is mostly incomplete still; there's literally no artist around to help out with flags up there that look half decent. I even suggested to a couple of volunteers to try using the achievement icons from Skyrim+DLCs as a basis (to keep with the celtic/germanic style of the COAs from TESV, which is really preferred so as to keep skyrim's unique style) and nada :/
There's a few scattered places in Morrowind that are missing, I believe there's quite a few missing in Summerset, the Maormer are missing real COAs (they have old, bad ones) and then the entirity of Akavir could do with someone to do COAs for them. We lack artists to create decent flags and at this point, almost 2 years down the line with I'd say 20 volunteers and only maybe 3 actually coming through and providing flags after volunteering I've kind of given up hope we'll get anyone to complete these areas. Nihilistic I know but to me it matters little when there's so much scripting to do.
