Okay, so I've had the Black Plague hit and yes it was terrible, but what struck me first and foremost was - why isn't the Black Plague black, as in coloured black on the map ?
Somehow seeing a wave of overwhelming pink heading my way didn't quite fill me with terror, if the map literally went black (or deep slate etc) then I think that it would look a lot more terrifying.
On another topic, it's now 25 years later and Europe and the Middle East is almost back to normal prosperity-wise. All fine and dandy, but shouldn't this take a bit longer ? Yes a whole new generation has arisen, but if 25% of the population has gone then it should take at least 100 years or more to get back to pre-BD population levels, as it did it real life.
