How china DLC would be named?

No. Even the cringeworthy Song of the Crusades is preferable to that; at least it'd be period appropriate. Could go with Crusader Jins to keep the emphasis on the Jurchens.

Can't do a China DLC without referring the Mandate of Heaven or Middle Kingdom.
Unless it's Victoria II or Hearts of Iron, in which case referencing opium addiction, warlords, communism, and humiliation are all appropriate.

Do they plan on making a China DLC? I don't know how I feel about that. I bought horselords and india but never really play / watch the nations...
They don't, they've now said they doubt they will ever make one. This is a joke thread.

This is an ancient and very beloved tradition here on the forum, that before and after every DLC release there has to be at least one "China DLC" thread starting a traditional forum civil war, where pro-China camp fight anti-China camp while innocent people suffer. It usually start from innocent question, like “Is it time for China now?”. Then the people with calculators come and whine that game isn’t optimized enough to run on their ZX spectrum. Next the pro-China people start quoting the wise words of prophet/game director, Doomdark, how he said many times that he wants to add china. Then anti-China camp ask who is this “game director” to say what game should looks like. They point out that game is called “Crusader Kings” for a reason. For which the pro-china people quote the words of prophet/game director, Doomdark, who said that he regret ever calling the game “Crusader kings”. Then the “Engine” experts come in and say how the “engine” can’t handle China. Basically I thought that word “china” is banned on this forum by now.
There is no such thing as joke thread when it comes to China here. It goes real very fast.

It is difficult to determine, as others explained.
What is however likely is that the speculations will restart if the performance improvements from 2.6 are considered sufficient for China to be included and China corresponds with the idea of a final large DLC, as it was outlined in a dev diary.

I wouldn't call it anything, on account of China not belonging in a game primarily centered around the Christian and Muslim worlds of 769-1453, and on account of the fact that CK2 is already badly strained with the excess amount of land and content added since launch.

China was in Tang dynasty (ended at year 907) when game starts and in Ming when game ends.
