As Germany, I just finished invading Poland in 1939. As I was wrapping up, on 7 October 1939, suddenly Russia graps a number of provinces leaving me with a weird border. This happens every time and the number of provinces is always different but this time I want to learn how to correct the problem.
How do I change 'ownership' of those Polish provinces that Russia stole from me to they rightful owner, me (Germany)?
I know how to use 'showID' to obtain the Province's ID number. I know that Berlin is ID is 300. Moscow (Russia) is 175... but I cannot figure out how to do this. I edit my 'saved' file all the time and I have see a few times when someone explains this... but not very well.
Can someone please explain it in clear terms and give an example?
