How can you manage opposite sex vassals?

This is probably a very old question, but this patch made it worse.
I am a 65 year old king of england in 902. I managed to become immortal at the age of 35. My fourth son is a devilspawn and killed his brothers.
My problem is: I'm lunatic, one-eyed,one-handed,disfigured, and severely injured(and just got cancer). Which gives me -50 relations with any female vassal of mine, and they always lead new factions against me. Is there anything i can do (beside seducing them, that's cheesing for me).
Also, i just bought conclave, horse lords, and the reapers due at the same time. Maybe it's a conclave problem that i wasn't aware of?

I don't have Conclave or Reapers Due yet... but considering the fact that its CK2... I would guess most people would say plot to assassinate them. Or as the tradition mass revoke / imprison / execute them until you have cleaned house and have all new vassals.

Or if you have WOL invite them to carousing?

Do not let these ladies become powerful vassals.
Set "illegal" ASAP in inheritance if you have conclave DLC

Perks to being immortal, they die, i'm still a redhead at age 92, even got rid of cancer. Did you know that the devilspawn gets genius via event? my son has double my stats. Also, can i get rid of lunacy? i got glitterhoof as a councilor 2 times.

You would be surprised. Tho seriously seduction focus + court tomcat do wonders for opinion with the ladies and aren't that hard to get. I'd even argue that master seducer is better trait for plotting since it becomes so damn easy to invite ladies to plots, aka Rein of Terror, Dionysus Edition.

Seduce other people to get the modifiers/traits that give attraction opinion, should counteract it to an extent. Though any seduction may be difficult with modifiers that bad.
