How can I send OIL to Germany, like 20% of my daily PROD, to help with war Effort

Quick Question: MordredViking on Twitch did it, but too fast

I have a surplus of oil as Italy (having captured ME), and wish to send 20% of my resources to Germany, to help them

If I can get something for it, that'd be great, but am just interested in boosting Germany's War effort.

Can someone explain to me HOW I can send Extra Resources to my allies ?

I don't think you can send oil/fuel to other nation in this game, maybe I am wrong?

You can lend lease your fuel to them, but not the crude (raw) Oil.

Another thing is switching over to an economic model allowing a bigger shares of ressources to be exported. It doesn't guarantee that the intended recipient can buy them or even makes only the attempt to do so, but it opens that possibility. Also you can't restrict this to certain ressources and the recipient has to pay with CIC.

So the option xtfoster describes seems the better option in the OPs case.

Important for e.g. US single-players to set up their own Lend-Lease to the UK - just give them tons and tons and tons of fuel for their navy and airforce.

Fuel has been explained.

You can't send other ressources like steel directly but you can do tradebacks.
E.g. Germany and Italy go both Free Trade and send each other let's say 80 steel. Both get 10 factories for export and use 10 for import, no disadvantages.

You can use this to "send" let's say Aluminum to Germany.
- (You may go free trade to make sure you have enough free resources for Germany to buy.)
- Then you say to Germany: "Buy Aluminum from me."
- Then Germany can buy it but it still costs german CIVs, like from any other country..
- Now you can just buy anything from Germany to give them these CIVs back.
- If you need it it's a tradeback, if buy something you don't need you just gifted Germany Aluminum.

@Simon_9732495 Yeah, works until you run out of tradeable CIC - buying 80 Steel and exporting 80 of w/e means your trading power is still reduced by 10 factories. For majors that might not be an issue, but nations like Sweden with little own CIC but vast resources obviously can't circle-trade ad infinitum.
