Find the phrase describing your reputation ("We are hated by the entire world" and the like). On the top, just beneath the 'title'.
Hover your pointer on that phrase. You'll get numbers like '17/34'. The first is your actual BB, the second is the threshold past which you expose yourself to BBWars (if playing VH) and to various very serious nefarious effects (exponentially increased Civil War risks, like-scaled increase in stability costs, 'bush-style' diplomacy).
