How can I place new units in EU?

Hello,

I have got a question:

When I want to place new military units to EU, what must I do?
In the files, where the graphics are, I can´t see how and where I can new units place.
Can anyone help me?


Because my English isn´t so good, i post the question in Germann, too.

Ich würde gerne in EU neue Grafiken für militärische Einheiten einfügen. Leider weiß ich nicht, wie bzw. was ich dafür machen muss. In welchen Ordnern muss ich die neuen Grafiken einbinden?

Ich hoffe, mir kann jemand weiterhelfen.

Some subfolder, EU2\gfx\map\units\bmp and so on.

All unit sprites are stored in the gfx\map\units sub-folder to the EU2 folder. See here for some more info.

To put new sprites in you need to have the 11 files of at least one level. You must add sprite definition files linking to the bitmaps, and these must be names in such a way that you can link to them from country.csv.

Thanks, with these information I should be able to manage.

And in a few days I will be ready to release my mod for EU2.
