In my France game, I managed to extend the Magnoit line to the north before Germany declared war, and the massive German stacks just sit in Belgium, not attacking. My overall plan for winning the war is to get nukes as soon as I can and nuke the Germans into submission (or wait until the SU eats up most of their forces, either one works :p)

A bigger problem is Italy. I did not extend the Magnoit down there, but it didn't seem to matter at first, as I pushed the Italians back and got to Genoa before the Germans showed up down there and I wasn't able to continue to advance further (German tanks have a full ORG bar!). I figured that if I could get the UK to send me some units, I could invade up the southern half of the peninsula, possibly landing around Venice and cutting off the Italian/German force.

Only problem is, UK won't send any units. I have the Exp. Force option set to "We are accepting Exp. Forces from the United Kingdom", and I don't want to have to worry about defending NA, India, keeping the RN doing it's thing, etc, just the troops to invade Italy. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Also, German air power seems to be a little overpowered. TAC have actually reduced some of my divisions to 0% strength, and they take down my interceptors 1 on 1. Is there a way to combat them?

I don't think you will receive anything from the Brits. Let them to their own devices, fighting Italy in N-Africa and Japan in Asia.
As for the air force, research some doctrines and upgrades for it.
