How can I get Hearts of Iron 2 to run windowed?

How can I? Ive tried the windowed command under a shortcut but it didn't work... :wacko:

This is from the Doomsday forum, I don't know but assume it would work for HOI2 as well.

The WINDOWED command works only with Domsday and Armageddon. With HoI2 you need to use utility that can be found from here.
