How can I download 1.10.3 and connect to the steam game?

Steam will automatically update your game to 1.10.3 if you:
Go to your Steam 'Library' and right click on Hearts of Iron IV
In the Properties, select the 'Beta' tab
In the 'Select the beta tab select NONE - Opt out of all beta programs
Wait for Steam to download the new version
Start the Launcher, you should see Collie v1.20.3 (aa89) displayed as game version
