How can I delete a stadium from a scenario I created and uploaded in Cities Skylines?

How can I delete a stadium from a scenario I created and uploaded in Cities Skylines? I bulldozed it, saved my scenario again, uploaded the new version, and tried to play it.. The stadium is still there, and not only that.. all the unique buildings that are somewhat close to it are all turned off by default.. Lol. That means that everyone who plays my scenario has to manually turn on each unique building.

I know how to add conditions for a scenario, but no idea how to edit buildings in a scenario once I've already uploaded it.

I would think you can create an updated scenario which would supersede the one on the Workshop. I'm not sure how this is done, but I have seen this asset-blah is now deprecated, or something like that, by the new asset.
