How can I claim a NOT de iure kingdom...

...if it doesn't exists at all? That's my main issue right now. I'm playing as King of Castille and León, I toke off Galicia from Sevilla (there's even magreb culture in La Coruña right now lol). The real issue is I do have the claim of the Kingdom of Galicia but as long as noone has its title I can't claim through a war. So, if I'm not able to take it in any way, why is that claim there around?

You can create it from its title screen, can't you? Like, click on the claim and go to its screen?

If you've got a claim I would expect there to be a current holder. Have you checked the history of the title to see if there is an heir to it somewhere?

That's the problem. There's no titular/holder.
