How can I change a tech tree?

I'm modding a game right now to more closely match how a Victoria GC as Greece ended up (the exported file is somehow corrupted, so I can't use it for some reason). At the end of the Vicky GC, I had developed a close relationship with Germany, so I wanted to try and include Greece in the Axis.

Anyway, I noticed that Greece seems to be using the UK tech tree, as in British planes, etc. Is there a way to mod this to use German, instead? Would rather have Messerschmitts instead of Hurricanes and PKWs instead of whatever the Brit tanks are, and so on.

So, how can I mod this?

If I read you right, Doomsday/config/models.csv is the file you're looking to mod. Here's what you can do there:
