How add picture for new resources?

I created a new resources.
I changed resources_strip.dds missing_resources_strip.dds and general_stuff.gfx.
But it showed an error picture.

It looks to me like you've misaligned the pictures.

You need to specify in another file how many total frames there should be or it splits it up wrong. Just making the picture bigger and/or fitting in extra isn't enough.

Doing the same for buildings was in interface/countrystateview.gfx but I'm not sure if you can find resources there too. If not it should be in a similar file.
