At the request of @EldarPanic , I've decided to create this little thread; a request to split the province of Silistra in two; Silistra in the south, and Dobruja in the north. Since I'm so big on visual demonstrations for these types of threads, here's my (admittedly poor) example via paint:
Dobruja, as a province, would be owned by the Ottomans, have both Wallachian and Bulgarian cores, and be Orthodox/Bulgarian. In addition to making the borders better and being a small buff to the Ottos, it would also help better represent the 'Form Romania' decision as it wouldn't require all of Silistra. Likewise, I would like to bring up the possibility of a Dobruja/Karvuna tag; an independent Bulgarian Principality that, at it's height, spanned across the provinces Dobruja, Silistra and Mesembria - the last remnants of it in Dobruja having only faded away some three decades prior to gamestart due to falling under Wallachia's influence (and as Bulgaria is quite big in comparison to its neighbors - and you can't always demand it be released from the Ottos because of that - I think it has a good basis for inclusion).
So, that's my case for it, and thank you for reading.
