The reason there are no Unaligned advisors is that Unaligned was never intended to be something you could flip to. Over time, Unaligned has begun to be associated with monarchies, but before we add more generic advisors we either need a clear-cut distinction between Unaligned and Monarchist, or simply a complete rework of Unaligned as a Monarchist ideology. Until either of those things happen, we can't add advisors, because one nation's Unaligned might be another nation's Monarchist.
