House of Kurds - What have I done wrong?

Took all core states. Not at war. 1.10.2 patch (tried 1.10.1 as well, no difference). Only thing is I disabled BftB but when I took Syria with BftB enabled also no release option.

Can't seem to find online anyone had the same problem. Help..... don't wanna waste another night doing the same thing all over again just for one freaking little pop.

Okay, enabled BftB again and re-loaded the save. Kurdistan magically appeared in the 'non-resisting' list....

Because Kurdistan's core are also other tag's cores and those tags take precedence, you will always only find Kurdistan in the non-resisting list.
