For the record, in my own PLC game, I had some moderate issues with the Estates, but I never saw rebels on the scale he's seeing -- and rebels for Lithuania would spawn based on the strength of Lith's FL I think, not Poland's. It could just have been bad luck -- my own rebel issues didn't get really bad until I accidentally let the church usurp control of the state after forming the Commonwealth, due to Lith having a ton of Clergy land that I failed to promptly revoke. Managed to wrest back control after a fun period of warring while dealing with unrest and the occasional rebellion, adn that's when I noticed my cheevos were broken, which was moderately bothersome (I'd planned on finally getting Poland into space, which I've been putting off as I normally dislike playing nations that are large at the start.)
I'm not saying he's lying, and obviously that experience must have sucked, but, especially with Poland's legitimacy issues in the Elective Monarchy, pretender rebels in Lith are not uncommon.
