Production efficiency does not change Goods Produced. It changes the Production Income generated by the province from a given quantity of Goods Produced.The production efficiency building seems to be bugged. Been building it and removing it again a few times, and nothing happens to the goods produced value,
I dont know if this is the right thread, but province #47 ("Vorpommern" in german version) doesn't have an own port and somehow shares the port with the neighbouring province #2994 (Greifswald). That's probably a bug![]()

I have been having the same problem where the launcher just won't even launch itself. I unsubscribed and deleted the mod folder and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and I still get and error when I try to open the launcher.
I added an image of the error.

This is still happening to me (june 16th)Do I still need to pay upkeep for forts occupied by enemies/rebels? because this is driving me nuts, having to siege down forts that I'm maintaing myself...
