There's a rumored "Ecclesiarchy" DLC in the works, though it probably won't be available anytime soon. I'm betting after The Republic we'll probably see some pagan-themed DLCs with the Catholic revamp somewhere in the middle of the pack.

republics, pagans, theocracies. Those are the holy trinity clamored for by the forumites remaining aside from other cut-out content anyway.
well, and naval combat, but paradox seems still unconvinced about the necessity of investing resources on implementing it.
