So me and my friend play HOI4 a lot, and he usually hosts. After I got all of the dlc for the game we decided to host on my end, considering he only had two of the five main dlc. However, when I tried hosting, I had to keep speeding the game back up, because it would always lag from 3 speed down to 2 speed or lower. But, when he hosts, the game can run consistently on 4 speed with no problems. My download is 100, and my upload is 10, while he has 12 down and 5 up. Can someone help me with my issue? Thanks.

Maybe his PC is slow
It can lag if he has bad PC
When he hosts it is on 4spid because your pc can support his 4speed, but his pc can't support your 4speed
